Adapting Your Design for Web Deployment
I kept the majority of the mobile app’s design decisions consistent for the Redflix website development while adding new features and designs appropriate for a web platform. The objective of properly displaying series information is shared by the website and the app. To maintain accessibility and openness, content and information are the same on both platforms. The voyage starts with a page asking the user to check in. From there, the user is taken to the Home page, which is divided into categories such as a navigation bar with the logo and a list of films, as well as a “Continue Watching” option. When a user clicks on a movie poster, an information page about the film and its cast appears, with choices to watch it immediately or add it to their favourites. When you select “Watch Now,” the screen fills up to its full size. with play, pause, maximize, audio, and settings icons for user customization. The Favorites page compiles selected movies, providing a streamlined user experience.
