Reggae riddim festival Website feedback

Collecting feedback from clients is essential for a Reggae music festival website and app as it helps in improving user experience by understanding preferences and identifying issues early on. By meeting client expectations and tailoring features based on feedback, organizers can drive continuous improvement, ensuring the website and app remain relevant and engaging. Moreover, feedback fosters community engagement, building stronger connections with attendees and ultimately enhancing the overall festival experience.

After conducting a survey using Microsoft Forms to gather feedback from users, I received valuable insights. It’s clear that anonymous responses provided more accurate feedback, ensuring respondents didn’t feel pressured to be overly polite. One standout response emphasized the importance of focusing on key elements such as accessibility information, ticket purchasing, and artist line-up in the festival website design. Users also indicated a preference for a clear and easily accessible main menu for navigation

Website Design Development

The festival website and app have different functions. While the app offers a range of features, the website mainly focuses on providing essential festival information, such as the schedule and lineup. The website may be accessed through web browsers on any device and has navigation sections such as Home, Tickets, Artists Gallery, and Info Menu. The mid-fidelity design was improved using user feedback to make the user experience more efficient, in contrast to the low-fidelity design, which included an excessive amount of information on the main page.

The website for the Reggae Music Festival was carefully designed based on extensive research and user feedback to achieve optimal user-friendliness. The website includes a simple navigation bar, and the Home page is created as a landing page that showcases photographs from past festival events. There are two conspicuous call-to-action buttons that make it easy for users to navigate to the ticket section and sign up or purchase tickets. The Home page prominently showcases essential information such as dates, times, and location. Additionally, a marquee scroll text is used to indicate the specific day of the event.

The Tickets page provides choices for Saturday, Sunday, and weekend tickets, each displaying transparent pricing and call-to-action buttons. An uncomplicated footer, including the festival logo and social media buttons offers supplementary information. The Artists page exhibits framed photographs of performers and features a gallery of images from past events to actively involve users. The Info Menu comprises vital information such as frequently asked questions (FAQs), details on accessibility, and travel information, guaranteeing that all critical information is easily accessible to users.
